WANTED: Looking for these 'exotics' - Garden Exchange Forum

I am often bored at work and well, I use the internet a lot.
I came across a few plants that I am sure are not very easy to ... lay my hands on.
Anyone can help?
Here they are... as far as I remember:

Magnolia grandiflora
Worsleya procera
Green jade vine
Puya berteroniana (I just got 5 tiny seeds, and well I am not too confident I am gonna get any results)
Brugmansia sanguinea
Cananga odorata var. fruticosa - Dwarf ylang-ylang

I am looking for real plants... not too big but not just seeds or cuttings.
