WANTED: best tasting raspberry plants & veggies

Posted by sjakie-l (My Page) on

Hi,

Iam starting my garden again after moving(again). The garden I have has nothing in it and so is a nice free space for me to clutter up again.
I would like to start planting "old" sorts of tomatoes, fruits and vegetables.
I live in Germany, in the north and would be intrested in finding out what the "old" locals are and about others from other countries.
I know there are too many out there to list but I am intrested in what the members of this forum think what sort has the best taste, growing ideas & problems.

Thanks

RE: WANTED: best tasting raspberry plants & veggies

I live in northern Poland and I am a fond of raspberries as well. My favourites are :
Canby - thornless, summer
Pokusa - autumn
and Rubus illecebrosus - used as a vegetable.
We can exchange plants if you wish.

Milin
