| I see that you live in the UK. I do not have much to trade except some thistle seeds (from a Loch Ness garden), a few hellibore plants and some streptocarpus cuttings which I have just propogated for some cottage seeds?? I was born in South Africa but relocated to the UK last year. As the seasons are totally the opposite over here to what they were in SA I have been having great fun learning everything new. I have discovered Geraniums (yes, the true ones Johnson's Blue) and Streptocarpus (albeit that it originates from southern Africa)for the first time. I will be planning a cottage garden in a terraced house garden which is just patio slabs, and mulch mostly and wish to change it to a cottage garden with all the trimmings e.g. pergola, bird bath, etc. It gets the afternoon sun so I am not sure which direction it is in. I also want to plan a rose garden for the front garden which only gets the morning sun. I am afraid that it is not the required 5 hours sun per day. Any tips would therefore be wonderful to assist me in getting it right from the start. Thanks Jenni_L |
