wanted: how do i ship a plant to the us?

Hello, I will be moving to the US next fall and simply must take several of my plants or at least cuttings of my plant with me. How do I ship them? I HAVE to take them with me. HELP!!!!! Thank you for your help.

These first two links on Google seem to be the documents for the first link which I couldn't open from worldplantexchange.com. (I searched Part 319.37-7."1)
