WANTED: Damson tree for Germany

I am looking for a Damson tree Merryweather or other for my garden in Germany.
Unfortunately UK nurseries can not export to Germany so I was wondering if anybody knows where I can get them in Germany or France where I am at the moment till I move back to Germany in July this year. |

| I think that Ken Muir may supply to Germany. You can't order on line for Europe but you can by telephone since it would need a special quote. His web page is at www.kenmuir.co.uk and the phone number is +44(0)1255 830181. I bought a Merryweather damson from him a few years ago. It's the best damson. He also sells a very useful little book which contains everything you need to know about growing fruit of all kinds including damsons (he used to send the book free with orders for trees - maybe he still does. Otherwise it's £4.99 or thereabouts). |
