I privati, per singoli invii, non hanno problemi.
In Italia l'invio di una "lettera" fino a due chili (come fossero documenti) non comporta dichiarazioni di contenuto questo fatto è importante perchè normalmente UPS DHL o Posta non amano spedire piante, anche se ben asciutte, perchè possono essere accusati di averle lasciate morire, se invece non si deve dichiarare, l'arrivo va ugualmente a buon fine e tutti sono contenti.
Invece per problemi protezionistici (SPESSO RECIPROCI) il commercio vero e proprio è difficile e molti produttori rinunciano o riversano i costi spropositati sui compratori.
