climbers for my garden in Corfu

Hi everyone,
Im looking for the best type of climbers for my garden,
They must be evergreen and fast growing and as a bonus flowers (scented if possible) would be nice.
In the summer temperatures get up to 40c (and the climbers will be in full sun for most of the day) and in the winter temperatures can go down to -5c and it can also get VERY windy.

Is there anything that fits the bill?

I think your best choice is Rhynchospermum japonicum. It's going to fulfill your expectations!!

It is rather hardy and an exquisite perfume will fill the air of your garden in the summer evenings as well.Take my word for it!
