Hello all
In the UK we can plant rhubarb and it comes back each year like a perenniel
Is there any fruit or vegetable that does the same..I'm in west Algarve |

| Try asparagus. It takes about two or three years to establish, but people enjoy that vegetable fresh, very much. |

Ok, I am going to try asparagus... but now I have another question for all those clever gardeners out there In my garden there is a native shrub which I don't want to cut down as its probably been there for thousands of years and I've been there for a short while..so I feel this shrub has more rights than I have but I wonder is there anything I can grow through it to brighten it up a little as its a bit drab Thanks |

what do you think about trying a Clematis? There are lots of wonderful varieties out there. It's gonna grow well on your "eternal" shrub. |
