Prunin citrus

I moved into a garden on the Cote d'Azur last December. It has a lemon tree two mandarins and two orange trees. They are all still covered in fruit. When is the best time to prune them? I have tried to partly prune them in February but felt I was cutting off viable fruit. They are all now putting on a growth spurt. Have I missed the chance to prune them back?

RE: Prunin citrus

Why do you wand to prune them? Be careful.Prune only to remove weak branches and yes you can do it now.
