I have found the forum on www.infojardin.net to be of great help with regard to gardening in general in Spain. There isn't one specific forum for pests but they are discussed often on the Biological one and again each pest/disease as it appears on the Forum with reference to the plant that acts as host. At the moment there's a long thread about the Geranium Butterfly.
