I have started Swedens first Plumeria Society there you could become a member for free and read more about and see the flower. You are welcome to write in the guestbook and share your tip to find this flower out in the world as Asia, Thailand, Europe, Scandinavia.

Hi, we call it frangipani here, grows without much help, propagates too, just cut off a branch, let it dry for a cople of weeks, stick it in the ground and bob's your uncle.

I bet you have plumerias where you live, they are tropical plants with many varieties. A friend of mine studied in Hawai and there were lots. They are extremely easy to propagate, just cut a branch off, let the wound dry and plant. The only thing they need is hot weather and no frost.
