Climber in pot

Can anyone tell me the tallest climber that can be grown in a large pot in southern Spain. Need shade over an area where it is not possible to dig into ground. Needs to be a sun lover and eventually not require much water. Any tips appreciated.

Hi everybody My holiday home in Portugal gets a little damp, is there an indoor plant that could help that might absorb the moisture... bearing in mind it wont be watered for periods of up tp 2 months, needs to be a large one Thanks

Selenicereus grandiflorus is a climber its blooming in the evning whit great beatuful white flowers the also smell like parfum
