 o
Easton Hall, Lancashire garden restoration question

My mother-in-law gets a magazine called 'This England' and I recently read an article about an estate called Easton Hall, owned by the Cholmeley family. The hall itself was demolished in 1951, the property abandoned for the next 50 years(!) and the article said only the gardens survived. Lady Ursula Cholmeley is attempting to 'restore' the garden now, and I was naturally wondering if any roses survived, and if the restoration encompasses replacing original roses? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!
