Anyone has Iceberg Hedge? How to?

| I am confused about the distance between two iceberg roses. Should it be 18" apart, or 2' apart? I usually see 3'-4' tall , but once a while I saw a 6 feet tall one. Is the tall one a odd one? Or, are there more than one variety of iceberg bush rose? |
