DA's Teasing Georgia

| I purchased DA's Teasing Georgia today. The tag says that it grows about 3' tall and wide but that it can be trained as a small climber. I saw on the web somewhere that it can reach 8'. I don't know under what conditions so I am wondering if it will get tall enough for a 7 1/2 foot obelisk I made last week.
Does anyone know about the growth habit of this rose and its max height? Also, how do you train a 3' tall bush into a climber?
Thanks so much. These forums are the best source of info on roses. I love them.

Toula, I live in SC and have 2 Teasing GA's. Both are at least 5-6 feet in length! I thought it would be small also. But am getting ready to pu them on a small arbor due to the length and they keep wanting to lay on the ground. THey were both planted in mid June! too! Hope this helps some! Elaine |

| Hi, Mine is about 15 feet tall, if you stretch her out. She's climbing a 10 foot arbor~ Geoff Hamilton is on the opposite and is just as big. But then again, I'm in zone 8b, southern Mississippi. (But they are NICE). Linda |
