I had these two roses (the ones with scorpions) and the agapanthus (also with scorpions inside of them) and when I cut them down they were small. Now all of a sudden they are growing at an extremely fast pace. Is this normal, and can anyone recommend a good fertilizer or the perfect way of watering a rose? Thanks
