Hi, I have a problem with some of my roses... I am in South of France, and the summer is very hot and dry. Recently, I found that some of my roses had a kind of sickness that I have never heard of.... I've sent a help message on the GW france, by didn't get a useful answer... Here are the symptoms : Suddenly, a couple of leaves and branches change coulor, and look dry. When you look closely at the branch, you see a 5 cms long different structure as here :
If you cut it, you then can see that the branch is actually dying :
Not sure what can be done... any advise is welcome ! BTW, I have different kind of roses that have the same kind of sickness. I have cut the branches that had the symptoms, and spayed an anti-fongi, but I am not convinced that this is the right solution. The only sicknes I have found that was attacking the branches was the anthracnose, but it is so dry here during summer that I can hardly believe this is it.... Help !! Thanks in advance |
