Disclosing e-mail addresses

| I've just found my e-mail address is available on my GW page. I checked my Preferences, and it still says 'Show my email address to None'.
Perhaps other members might want to check whether Garden Web now puts their email address on the internet for the whole world to see. No wonder I'm getting so much spam these days!

| I hate to say this, but it has been that way for a long time and email addresses are quite easy to get, anyway. However, there are legal things you can do if you get problems concerning it. I think we all get enough spam, however! And my sympathies are with you there. |

| I don't see your email and I don't see mine. |

| Are you trying to send an email with your address undisclosed, crazylady? If so, I don't think they filter them for you anymore through GW. They used to; but now they are apparent. |
