Crocosmia - best varieties?

| I have Crocosmia crocosmiiflora (montbretia) and I really like it. I know it has bad press, but I like something that multiplies quickly and I love the flowers. I would like some more, including a yellow one.
My plants need to be able to survive the winter without too much mollycoddling. Please could someone advise me on a few more varieties, particularly the hardier ones and any that bulk up quickly.
Are there any websites with good descriptions?
