Roses - alternatives to alfalfa
| | |

On the US Rose forum alot of people use a magic alfalfa brew for their roses, but I am unable to find it where I live. I am from the UK and could import from there. What do people use there? Any magic home brews out there for roses?!
Thanks

| You can get alfalfa seeds easily - it's often grown as a green manure. As far as I know, alfalfa tea is made in a similar way to comfrey tea.. and doesn't need to be commercially bought. |

| Use manure. It might be old-fashioned and boring but it works. Horse feed is much better after its gone through the horse ;) |
