Nurseries that ship Bugmansias to the United States?

| I'm looking to expand my brugmansia collection with some European hybrids. Does anyone know of any European nurseries that ship plants to the United States? All of the ones I contacted do not ship outside the UK.
Are there plant brokers available that act as a middleman and accept plants from a nursery and then forward them on to an oversees customer?
I'm familiar with the United States horticulture import policies and would handle the permitting on the US side.
Thanks!

| Sorry Fred, I can't help, but most EU companies don't ship to the states as the costs are horrendous, and even if they have all the paperwork correct it's not a guarantee the US customs will allow them in - so all in all it's just too much hassle for most of them. Couple all that to the costs (airmail postage etc )and it just becomes uneconomic. Shame though. |
