Plant ID question 1

Posted by lori_londonuk zone 8-9 (My Page) on

I have a few plants which turned up as seedlings in other pot plants I bought from a wildlife trust garden, and I separated them off into their own pots just in case they happenned to be garden-worthy. I think I'll need to split this into two threads as I don't know how to post 2 links at once.

Plant 1 has greenish-yellow leaves, and their texture is soft, slightly furry to the touch.

Any ideas?

Here is a link that might be useful: yellow furry plant

Could it be a Digitalis?

It doesn't resemble the digitalis or forget-me-nots in my garden, but thanks. I think I'm probably going to have to wait and see!

They might be Calendula.
