| the leaves on my iochroma are going yellow at a fearsome rate. have tried nitrogen boosts, epsom salts (magnesium), chelated iron and am now at a loss. It is not a virus and the yellowing occurs randomly - not just the new or oldest leaves. Also, it seems that it is the veins which go yellow first rather than intervenal chlorosis. It is in a large east facing pot with sun for half the day. I have another blue one in my back garden which has larger leaves and is not yellowing but conditions seem v.similar. Anyone growing these? I grew it 3 years ago from seed and it is a beautiful plant so would like to save it. cheers, suzy |

| Hi, I know this might be completely obvious but have you tried giving it a really good soak and then replant it in a larger pot. Some times plants just 'ail' after too long in 1 pot. I guess they run out of space, the soil needs to be refreshed and water runs straight through so they never get enough water / food. |
