If you plan to post lots of individual photos here, you may want to put them in the Gallery. The easier way, meantime, is to post the URL for your album page at photobucket, in the box below where you post your message. Comments (5)Hi, thought I would chip in with a couple of suggestions. Mickfield Hostas is well worth a visit as they hold the National Collection of Hostas grown in containers. Bowden Hostas in Devon had a display garden. In the Lake District at Windermere is Holehird Garden which is maintained by the Lakeland Horticultural Society. When I visited a few years ago they had a massive display bed filled to the brim with huge hostas that must have been there for years. Sorry I cant think of anywhere else in particular. Lots of gardens have a few hostas in their display beds but they are often just the very common ones and then they let the slugs run wild on them leaving them looking very unattractive and reinforcing the widely held belief that " they are not worth growing cos the slugs will eat them "!...See MoreGarden Canes in the UK
Comments (5)If you or a friend cannot get out to collect I still think a local garden centre, nursery or diy would be better for you. Have you tried ringing round and asking for delivery?
