Bamboo Poles

| Does anybody know where I can buy long bamboo poles, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter for a cheap price? |

| Used to be able to get them in some carpet shops (carpets imported from Asia at least used to be rolled round them). Not sure if that is still ever done, but might be worth asking (try small independent, preferably Asian, shops, not the big chains). The poles were about 3-4m long and 4cm base diameter tapering to 2cm at the top. |
