Dahlias in a posy

| I'm getting married next September and I really fancy having a zingy bunch of home grown dahlias as my bouquet. Does anyone know if they will keep out of water for a few hours, or will they just wilt? If they're unsuitable does anyone have any alternative suggestions? |
