I planted some seeds from a Physalis fruit in spring 08 the plants have grown to nice small healthy bushes with loads of flowers and fairly large berries (2cms) sadly winter is closing and these berries are still green ....Will they ripen if i bring them indoors ????

perhaps you could be more clear on which type of physalis you grew. there are tons of them.

koi, I grow the variety sold in UK seed catalogues as 'cape gooseberry'.
It's in a corner of the unheated greenhouse - it only grows biggish fruits in a hot summer, but there's always some ripe fruit. 2cm is bigger than I've ever had!
