International Seed Swap

Posted by crazylady Norfolk (My Page) on

This year (the sixth I've been doing it), we have more new participants than ever - over 30 so far, many joining in for the third or fourth time. Lots of lovely seeds are coming in thick and fast now, so there should be even more new things for us all to try. Some of the seeds already in the kitty are listed on my webpage on the link.

There's still plenty of time for new participants to get their seeds to me, so let me know if you'd like to join in this time. The more the merrier!

I am new to group seed swaps.
Please tell me how this works.

RE: International Seed Swap

I'm hoping to sort out the seeds and send them to the participants next week (still waiting for a few more envelopes to arrive), so you're too late for this year's swap. I've put details of how I do it on the web page on the link. However, as you're in the US, you need to get a Permit to allow you to import seeds.

I think there are several group swaps for people in the US, and they either work in the same way as this one, or as a Round Robin, with a box full of packages of seeds going round the participants, with each one taking out as many packets as they want, and replacing them with the same number of packets of their own seed.
