Garden Design Scam Warning!

| There are a couple calling themselves Didier & Sylvie Blain in St Laurent des autels, Maine et Loire, France, who are currently trawling MSN Messenger & gardening forums for gullible English garden designers or landscapers. The scam consists of offering the victim a 'partnership' in a new French garden design business, with no initial financial outlay or 'risk', thus making it an attractive proposition, and then, when they have obtained identity details and designs, supposedly 'terminating' the business due to lack of interest. In fact they are then using these details & designs to obtain money from both English & French clients in France. I have proof of their activities, so if anyone wants to know more, please feel free to mail me. Don't get caught like I did!!!

| How awful for you. I hate people that deliberately con others. They don't for a second think about how it affects the people they hurt and how humiliated they feel. It takes a lot of getting over. I hope you are coping okay and don't for a minute blame yourself. These people need stopping. Good for you that you are warning others about these people. No doubt they will be changing their names etc soon enough when they realise that you are informing people about them, so I hope other people don't get conned. Good luck in the future. Alison |
