Crassula/ Australian swamp stonecrop- beware!

Here is a photo of Crassula, Tilia recurva, Australian swamp stonecrop, or New Zealand pygmyweed.
All the same thing, and very invasive/ grows very fast.
It can grow from one nodule, and can choke a pond in less than 5 years.
A very big problem if it gets into wild ponds and watercourses.
