Where to buy a pond filter with uv light

Hello all

That time of year again, hundreds of frog eggs floating on the surface, nice clear water and not alot of algae. My experience from last year taught me that within the next couple of months the sun will soon change all that and I want to be prepared this year.

I am looking for a pond filter with uv light to buy for a 7' long x 1.5' wide x 2' deep pond. Could any of you out there recommend a decent brand and/or a good supplier that you have used, thanks alot

I think that would work as I already have a fountain and for such a small pond it is the light only i really need.

Do you have the brand name or product code so I could do a google search and find a uk supplier?

Thank you

Thank you everyone, that link was most appreciated also Mikeyw, very good of you to do a search on my behalf.

BUT, I kind of jumped the gun last night and bought a Fish Mate 8W UV + Bio Filter off ebay, £49 inc carriage. Is this a decent enough brand or would I have been better off with the 'Genie' which had been mentioned a couple of times?

Also what kind of results can I expect in the basis of time (# days or weeks)a new filter can remove algae and green water in? I have just pulled out the worst of the algae with my hands in preperation of making the job easier for it and have noticed already the water is going green with the sun in the past couple of weeks.

I cannot wait for it to arrive, I think the goldfish will appreciate it too!

Here is a link that might be useful: Ebay item that I purchased
