Newts in Devon

Thanks to Big Kid, I was able to contact the Devon Reptile and Amphibian Group, and had a lovely evening surveying my pond and the neighbours! If anyone in Devon is interested in the work of the group, the website is:

http://groups.arguk.org/DRAG/

That is of course, if one can find pond messages in amongst the horrendous spam that has taken over the site. The electronic equivalent of stonecrop or canadian pondweed!
When will the people who run the site clean it up so the site can be seen and used for purpose?

But for those who persevere, happy ponding and doing whatever we can to help reptiles and amphibians--

Chip

I too would recommend joining your local reptile and amphibian group- then you can join in on surveys and talks etc.
(I can recommend the NE one!)
