| Yes, my frog spawn in the pond has finally hatched into lots of little tadpoles, oh yes, and I am now the proud owner of a baby son :)
Born Wed 30th March at 7lb 3oz and thankfully nice and healthy.
:) Well better go and see him just wanted to spread the news, (and about the taddies of couse to keep it on topic!)

Congratulations Phil. I had to laugh when you put you were the new owner of a baby boy. You obviously haven't realised that they own you and will wrap you round their little fingers forever (well apart from teenage years when you could throttle them)

| He he thanks all. (Yes I am writting this at half past 3 in the morning, but what did you expect?) :) Don't have any piccies of the taddies, but will definately try to upload one of baby, his name is Rhys, and before anyone asks, no there are no Welsh connections in the family, we just liked the name :) Right I'm going to try and get some sleep and will upload images when I can find somewhere to put them :) Night night! | Rhys is a lovely name. Really looking forward to seeing some pictures! Just an observation... on the US pond forum, they have a 'conversations' link which enables then to discuss things that are NOT pond related. I am surprised that Spike has never sign-posted this link when telling us off for wandering off topic. Sue... any chance you could ask Spike to give us a conversations link too? It would be awful if Phil posted pics then had the post deleted. |

Asked Spike for a 'conversations' link last year.
Evidently not enough people post on here for it to be a worthwhile proposition. However he did give us the 'gallery'.
Phils pic wouldn't be deleted if he headed it 'On Topic' i.e. picture of my little Tadpole [lol]

| Rhys is a great old name, with or without Welsh connections - and I like the fact that you're spelling it 'properly'! Re conversations thread - I'm new to this particular forum, and it would be a great way of getting to know people! Can we badger Spike a bit more? |
