I need to feed and weed my lawn this spring but the rain runs straight off the lawn and into my pond, so I am not sure what sort of product to use. I try to garden organically as much as I can and have seen organic lawn feed -- does anyone know if this will affect the wildlife in my pond?

Nooooo!!
I wouldn't put anything on even if it is organic. Even garden compost raked in will mean that nutrient rich water will run into the pond and cause an algal bloom.
One of those little forky things to remove weeds individually. Don't feed it- you'll just have to mow it more.
Try letting it grow a bit longer, so the dandelions grow higher so they are cut off better next cut.
Or just get used to daisys, speedwell dandelions and bugle. They're quite pretty really.
