falling water levels

Has any one noticed a fairly quick fall in pond water level over the last couple of weeks. I live in east yorkshire & we have had little serious rain for several weeks and what appears quite suddenly levels have dropped quite a few inches. I have 2 ponds and its the same in each so I dont have a leak. Both fairly new ponds and I cant remember the same last year as early as May?
Is any one else experiencing the same??

mine has also dropped a little,,had to top up twice already, but this is due to the heat, mine drops quite a bit in the warmer months, but the fish love the fresh water put in ;-)

If you have had a lot of wind lately that also takes the water out of the pond. Mine is a very windy garden and as the water comes down the waterfall you can see it being blown off course, and of course the warmer weather does take a bit as well.
