Posting Pics on Discussion Page

Richard has asked this question twice and the answer is...
I've no Idea.
I think you have to post it to your own website first then link to it.
If, like me, you don't have your own webpage then you have to post in the gallery.
If there is an easy way to set up a website or use an ISP's website, I would like to know.
I have an amount of webspace assigned to me by my ISP but haven't got around to using it yet.
Perhaps those clever people out there could answer.
Sean, Allison ?

Dave

Excellent pic... now all you have to do is have a go at posting it on here (I think Sean explains how to do it in another recent thread):

Gosh, I'm having trouble doing that.
I am trying to post a "newt baby" pic
The pic is actually smaller than my taddy beach but it keeps coming up with a " size 45>
whatever that means.
I cannot even create a link to it like my first pic.
I'll keep trying.

ponddipperdave

I have just had some luck posting a pic on this forum.

There are some guidlines on posting pics on this forum under the gallery section of this forum. The guidelines are right at the bottom of the gallery page, there was something about file size. My pics were 35 kb and 44 kb jpeg files.

If you get a free yahoo email address you can set up your own webpage free. They have several templates to make it easy. You can upload pictures there and then link to this site (no limit to picture size). If your email address is say lotsoffrogs@yahoo.co.uk your website will be http://uk.geocities.com/lotsoffrogs .
