 o
help im losing my fish

I wonder if anyone can help. I have a relatively new pond approx 4 ft deep & 900 gal. I filled the pond and left it for two weeks until i introduced 9 small 3 inch fish a couple of shubunkin a goldfish and the rest koi. After two days i found the gold fish dead on the bottom of the pond, upon inspection it looked like its right eye had been sucked. after three weeks i put in another ten 3 inch koi, these have been in for about three weeks with no problems but four days ago one was dead and floating and looks like it had been attacked, scales missing and generally roughed up. I have come home today and found two dead on the bottom of the pond, i have looked closely at them and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with them, clear eyes fins in good condition no raised scales or parasites. Im at a loss of what to do as i dont want to lose any more. Some advice would be much appreciated.
Will.

Are you feeding them?
Do you have any pond plants or oxygenators in the pond?
Is there anywhere for the fish to hide from herons, kingfishers, magpies etc?
Do you have any sort of aeration or filter or fountain?
What is the surface size?

(I'm not a fish expert but I'm sure this is the sort of info another member will need)

Hi yes im feeding them Tetra pond floating fish food sticks 2 to 3 times a day 1 to 2 each. I have a 900gal per hour pump through a multi filter box with uv this flows into a waterfall. I have a few plants oxyenators and a couple of lillypads, apart from the cover of the plants there is nowhere for them to hide. No more dead today. I had a pond in the garden of my old house for years and lost one or two to cat scratches but none dead that looked in healthy condition.
