http://www.lilieswatergardens.co.uk/catalogue.asp?cat=A-6B £20 +P&P bare root, it looks healthy.
I also got Pamela and although the pads of that are nothing out of the ordinary the blooms are supposed to be good, I actually got up to 4 Pamela for the price of 1, how many depends on what bits survive.See http://www.awgs.org/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=011154
If you live near a maiden head aquatics and want a blue it might be worth asking them if they can "King of the Blues" in for you from Beaver water plants. http://www.beaverwaterplants.com/waterlilies.htm
Beaver water plants, wholesale only, is apparently literally right next door to the east grinstead maidenhead aquatics and if the chain has their act together they may be able to get one for your into your 'local'.
There ia a place in the south west of England that sells tropicals but they are potted, none postal and £46 from memory. I aint paying that price.
