Spot the fake pebble!

Oh well... I had spent ages arranging the pebble beach area of the pond. Then something comes along and has physically moved my pebbles and added it's own:

Do you reckon it was the moorhen?

To be honest it looks a pretty stupid place for a bird to lay, what looks like in the water. Perhaps an egg thief dropped it.

Hmmm... not sure what type of egg it is. It looks too big for a pigeon egg. I've heard that some of the larger birds have premature deliveries on route to their nests!

lol how did it taste? hard to tell scale but looks like a duck egg, they are tasty lol did you ever find out? jo o/
