call for sticklebacks

| Does anyone in the Colchester area (UK) have any spare minnows or sticklebacks? I have just built my first pond, it's already full of frogs and snails, but it is also thick with mosquito larvae. I've tried to catch sticklebacks in a local lake, but no luck. If anyone has any spare, or tips on how to catch them in the wild, I would be immensely grateful. |

| Try any gravel bedded streams that feed the lake, 'trawl' the streams with a net, that's how I got mine. |
