koi swimming problem

Can anyone shed light as to why one of my koi is swimming like a corkscrew?
I have salt bathed him, anaethetised him to treat a lesion, but to no avail.
All the parameters of the pond are ok. ie: the ph etc.
I would like some help or an idea as to how I can alieviate this poor chap ! |
